24 Hour Claims Service

Our unique claims service means when you have a claim, we’ll go to bat for you. Our dedicated Claims Department professionals are focused on handling only claims, so they know how companies settle claims, how to negotiate or fight a surcharge, and how to advocate on your behalf. Even after hours, in the event of a claim, you may reach a Sylvia Group representative by dialing (508) 995-4553 and accessing our emergency system.

  • Building Cost Estimators – With the same system used by most insurance companies, we can calculate the estimated replacement cost of your home so you can be sure you have enough coverage.
  • Group Discount Programs – We have access to many group discount programs available for auto insurance. If your employer or group does not have a discount program and there are more than 50 employees or members, we may be able to create a program for you.
  • Registry Services – In addition to some of the Registry of Motor Vehicle services we complete right in our office, we can help guide you through the online services available.
