Qualified candidates for the Account Executive position must possess the following:
- proven expertise in health insurance products, the rules and legislation that regulate them, and the evolving factors that affect the healthcare industry and its consumers;
- a demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues;
- experience analyzing group health, dental, life and disability quotes and presenting benefit-plan options;
- strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to make informative and persuasive presentations;
- a bachelor’s degree.
